The Saint Charles Garden Condos at 3915 St. Charles Ave in Uptown New Orleans was a 93 unit condo conversion in 2004. The seven story building surrounds a courtyard and pool. It was very successful conversion selling out in a sixth month period. It has a good location and many of the things people value in an uptown condo complex. The initial sales prices were 199k for the one bedrooms and the two bedrooms ranged from 209k to 249k with the most expensive units being on St. Charles Ave.  Most of the units were two bedroom units. The units have greatly appreciated since that date.
