We had been with another agent when we met Eric at an open house. He was so knowledgeable that we asked him to help us. He listened to our needs and didnt waste our time showing us houses he knew we wouldn't like. I have already recommended him to two of our friends. G&PS

WE ARE VERY HAPPY , WE FOUND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. ERIC KNEW THE AREAS TO LOOK AND HELPED  US CHOOSE A VERY NICE HOUSE AND A GOOD VALUE. HE CALLED STEVE THE FIRST DAY IT CAME ON THE MARKET AND WE BOUGHT IT. You know what they say "father knows best." , In this case he did. I wanted this for sale by owner in the worst way. My dad didn't say no but pointed out the various factors we needed to look at like the age of the a/c, heater , roof , cost of new flooring , flood insurance , replacement of a fence, etc. I met with the owner and pointed out the various items and what they would cost for me to update and gave her my best offer. She didn't take it but realized that her house needed a lot of updates. She sold it the next day to a higher bidder who knew none of these things. She realized then that her house wasn"t perfect had a couple of flaws. The next week we bought a great house for $15,000 less. He said "don't wait until the weekend ." We didn't and got the house . "HOME SWEET HOME". We even got an expensive house warming gift. Thanks, Dad Wes!

Eric went above and beyond in helping me before, during, and after purchasing the house.He worked around our wedding and even took care of things in order for us to close on the house while we were on our honeymoon. "I would hire Eric as our agent"
We had previously met Eric when we had first started looking at houses about a year ago. We were viewing houses on our own , and Eric happened to be getting ready to show another house on the same street. When we entered the house ( what we thought was a nice house) , Eric was quick to point out all of the flaws that would need to be fixed with the house, and the asking price was way too high. So..about a year later we called Prudential about a house that was recently listed with them, and Eric answered the phone. Immediately, I knew I wanted Eric as our realtor, because of his honesty, and his straight-forward personality. We were able to purchase the house we wanted, and Eric was helpful through out the process. Eric, did not try and push us to agree to anything, just to get the sale. I believe it is very is very important to be able to feel comfortable with your realtor, and not have a realtor who trys to get you to compromise on what you really want in a house, or the price you are willing to pay for a house. Eric did neither of these. If I ever need to purchase , or sell a house again, I would definitely hire Eric , and I would recommend Eric to friends , family, strangers, ect. anyone that I hear is trying to buy or sell a house.   Thanks Eric     Jennifer

I have given your name to many of my friends and neighbors, and i will continue to do so. I have been in the mortgage business for 26+ years and i know hundreds of real estate agents, but none as educated and dedicated as you. None who make it there business to listen when their customer speaks. You knew we wanted a home in Imperial Woods, and you looked until you found us the right one, but to make it better, the price was below market value at the time. The house actually appraised for 10k more than we paid for it so we walked in the door with equity.  Again I thank you for helping Rodney and I find our "dream home" , and i will try to repay you every chance I get by recommneding you to anyone and everyone I know.
