What sets this apart from the rest of the Kenner subdivisions are the bigger than normal lots for this area. Most of the lots are at least 80 feet wide and deeper than normal as well. This give s it a much more residential feel than most Kenner subdivisions.<BR><BR> The streets are all named after the most famous National Parks in the United States. From Glacier to the Everglades.<BR><BR> The general characteristics of the homes is that there are a lot of one story larger homes on these larger lots. Most of the homes range from 2500 to 4000 sq. ft with most being in the 20 to 30 years of age. The price ranges in 2009 are between 300-450k range. Many have been updated over the years. <BR><BR> Two car garages are the norm with many being detached. Many of the homes have rear yard access which is great if you own a boat. Most are brick construction and are built on slabs with pilings. The area is not prone to flooding. Flood Insurance is required in this area however.
