Louisiana Trace is a very new subdivision that has not had a lot of developement at this point in time. A few homes have been built and looks like little is happening as far as construction. A lot of lots may however been sold.
Louisiana Trace is a 70 acre residentail developement with 17 acres of green space. Included in this a walking trail. There are 175 total lots with the minuium width of 80 ft. You are not on top of one another as there is space between the rear of many of the lots.
