A security guard is on duty at nights for your protection. The grounds are adjacent to Riverdale High School and a public playground so it is a very safe area. The dues help keep it a first class place to live and all present owners have enjoyed real estate appreciation on their property. Dues cover exterior maintenance termite and pest control on a monthly basis, water, grounds , exterior insurance and flood insurance.
